In less than a year, I will be graduating from high school. Time flies so… fast. Anyway, to celebrate yet another milestone of success, I would want to have inked myself after graduation. Because of watching Miami Ink during vacation in ’09, tattoos have been part of my interests. They really intrigue me.
My dad wants to have one, but I guess he knows he’s a little too old (ain’t obvious) to have one. I told him to get a tatt of a grape so when his skin wrinkles when he’s around 60, his tatt would look like a raisin.
Anyway, these are the tattoo ideas I’d like to have on my body soon. I really don’t like getting a tattoo just for the sake of having one; I really think tattoos are beyond that. It’s a way of self-expression, and the following tattoos have meanings behind them.

What: A quote from The Robinsons (A famous Walt Disney quote, rather).
Why: This quote means so much to me and it’s been kind of like a mantra of mine whenever I feel like shit or anything. It inspires me to strive harder because my journey is still quite long and there’s much more to expect.
Where: Below my right wrist.
What: An outline of the Apple logo.
Why: In my post about my idols, I mentioned Steve Jobs. He basically inspires me so much in so many ways, and to pay tribute to him, I’d like to get a small tattoo of it. It will not only represent my admiration over Steve Jobs, but also my love for technology. (Apple enthusiast here. Hehe.)
Where: If not on my nape, then probably below the ‘keep moving forward’ tatt.
What: The little boy from Read the Printed Word Organisation.
Why: I really, really, really, really, ⓡⓔⓐⓛⓛⓨ love books so much, and I guess this is the perfect tattoo to represent my love for books. (Fun fact: I prefer reading books over reading via laptops, iPads, and other gadgets. It strains my eyes.)
Where: Below my left shoulder.
♕
What: A queen symbol.
Why: Well, this is kind of a long story. Remember when I blogged about the Seniors? Yeah, well they all kind of read it. And they loved it. And this week we trended #QueenSeniors and I got on tweet limit because I did my best to help make it to the trending list. Fortunately, it trended! I received tons of love from the seniors, and it felt so good. It felt as if I was good enough (I will blog about that soon). This tatt also represents that one day… one day, I will succeed.
Where: I’m still not sure. The places I have in mind have more bones and less fat, which will probably hurt. Shivers.
I’m not much of a fan of half-sleeve and full-sleeve tattoos. I love Ed Sheeran’s half-sleeve tattoo though! It has so many meanings and it’s so colourful.
